Chamomile has been known for its calming properties since the time of Ancient Egypt. It’s since been a staple of traditional medicine, best known for soothing stress and anxiety, and improving sleep.
Ashwagandha is a high-potency extract of the Ash plant, used in Ayurvedic and indigenous medicine for over 3000 years. Historically, the herb was used as a tonic for the nerves. The extract is an adaptogen, mimicking our natural stress-reduction hormones, and balancing cortisol levels to improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety.
Mimosa Bark has a long history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its active ingredient, A.julibrissin, contains calming flavonoids and has been reported to lower stress levels through the HPA axis and monoamine neurotransmitters.

What if I miss a dose?

How many supplements can I take at one time?
We recommend a limit of 3-4 supplements at a time. Taking too many supplements at once makes it difficult to follow up on your response to specific remedies. The supplement bundles in your recovery kit will provide all the support you need, while still allowing us to track your progress.
